<strong>ROLE DESCRIPTION:<br></strong>Jeb Barram - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.<br><br>Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.</li>
<li>Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.</li>
<li>Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.</li>
<li>Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.</li>
<li>Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.</li>

<strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.</li>
<li>Communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.</li>
<li>Bilingual Spanish preferred.</li>
