Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a JDA Dispatcher Architect, based in Gurugram with opportunities for partial work-from-home. The JDA Dispatcher Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing JDA Dispatcher solutions, as well as analyzing business requirements and translating them into system designs. Daily responsibilities include configuring JDA Dispatcher platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system performance optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Architect will also oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in JDA Dispatcher, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Proficient in supply chain and logistics domain, with experience in Dispatcher WMS modules
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, system design, and integration with other enterprise applications
- Experience with database management and SQL queries as pertains to JDA systems
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide scalable, efficient solutions
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Project management expertise to ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience in the software development lifecycle is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications in JDA solutions are highly advantageous
