We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with 0–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the hiring lifecycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in IT hiring (developers, testers, DevOps, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of technical skillsets and market trends
Preferred Qualification:
- Graduated or relevant degree
