ROLE OVERVIEW
The Creative Director will lead the entire creative function at EVENT U ROX, overseeing Concept, Content, Copy and Design teams (2D & 3D). The role involves shaping the creative vision for client projects, translating concepts into compelling visual experiences, and ensuring high-quality creative output across pitches and live events.
The ideal candidate will combine strong conceptual thinking with visual design direction and will be responsible for developing Key Visuals (KV) for flagship projects and guiding the design team in executing the creative vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Leadership
• Lead and manage the entire creative department including Concept, Content, Copy and Design teams.
• Drive creative thinking and innovation across all projects and client pitches.
• Ensure strong alignment between concept development and visual execution.
Concept Development
• Guide the concept team in developing event themes, storytelling, and experiential ideas.
• Participate in ideation sessions for large-scale events and client pitches.
Key Visual Development
• Personally conceptualize and develop Key Visuals (KV) for major pitches and flagship events.
• Define visual identity, color palette, typography and design language for events.
• Ensure KV translates consistently across stage design, branding, installations and digital assets.
Design Direction
• Supervise 2D and 3D design teams and provide creative direction.
• Review and approve stage designs, experiential installations, branding elements and creative outputs.
• Ensure all visual elements align with the approved concept and client brief.
Client Pitch Support
• Lead the creative storytelling for client presentations.
• Collaborate with client servicing teams to build impactful pitch decks.
Team Management
• Mentor and develop the concept and design teams.
• Establish creative workflows that improve efficiency and collaboration between teams.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 10–15 years of experience in event agencies, experiential marketing, or creative studios
• Strong experience in concept development, event storytelling and spatial design
• Proven experience leading creative teams
SKILLS & SOFTWARE
• Strong understanding of event design, experiential environments and branding
• Hands-on expertise in Key Visual creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working understanding of 3D design workflows (SketchUp / 3DS Max / Blender)
