Job Title: Business Consultant – ERP (Finance)

Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP Consultant with expertise in Finance and Accounting to support ERP implementations, financial process optimization, and customer consulting. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical ERP solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and optimization of finance modules.

Key Responsibilities

·    Implement and configure ERP Finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, MIS Reporting and budgeting.

·    Analyze client financial processes and identify gaps in existing systems.

·    Configure financial modules and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

·    Prepare functional documents, test cases, and support system testing.

·    Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration, customization & enhancement.

·    Conduct training sessions for finance teams.

·    Provide post-go-live support and handle system enhancements.

·    Assist in data migration, validation, and reconciliation.

Skills & Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field

·        2–3 years of experience in Finance/Accounts or ERP Financial module consulting.

·        Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

·        Experience in ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Tally ERP, etc.)

·   Good understanding of financial workflows and internal controls.
