Human Resources (HR) Executive in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job descriptions
• Maintain a talent pipeline and update recruitment trackers regularly
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage candidate databases
• Coordinate background checks and reference verifications
• Coordinate pre-boarding formalities including documentation and welcome communication
• Plan and execute smooth onboarding and induction for new employees
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS and ensure timely documentation including offer letters, contracts, and ID cards
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, payroll inputs, and benefits
• Assist in exit formalities including clearance, feedback, and documentation
• Organize monthly engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and wellness programs
• Assist in planning and executing festival celebrations, recognition events, and surveys
• Maintain feedback mechanisms and engagement calendars
• Support internal communication initiatives to foster a positive work environment
• Support the performance appraisal process and data collation
• Assist in HR audits, policy reviews, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate internal training and learning & development programs
• Maintain MIS and HR dashboards on hiring, attrition, and attendance
• Take initiative in process improvement and HR project support as needed
