Job Description
- Design and govern automation architecture across CRM operations workflows and internal systems
- Approve AI automation use cases workflows and system level implementation strategies
- Review automation logic data flow controls and exception handling mechanisms
- Ensure alignment of automation initiatives with business operational objectives
- Approve workflow configurations integrations and automation deployment readiness
- Act as escalation authority for automation failures performance issues and risks
- Review AI tool outputs accuracy reliability and compliance with internal standards
- Coordinate with business teams to prioritize automation and optimization initiatives
- Maintain automation governance documentation standards controls and approvals
- Report automation performance impact and roadmap progress to senior management
Requirements
Requirements
- BTech MCA or engineering qualification mandatory for automation leadership role
- Two to four years experience in process automation or AI systems
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows integrations and automation logic
- Experience reviewing automation architecture and system level designs
- Ability to govern approve and control automation initiatives independently
