About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team at TIGI HR. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our core HR software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software products that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js, SaaS platforms, and full-stack development, with a passion for writing clean, efficient code and a commitment to continuous improvement. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in Node.js development, with a proven track record in SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience working within Agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies, especially in continuous deployment settings.
- Interest and familiarity with web server ecosystems, relational database management systems, TDD, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, and Bamboo.
- Knowledge of server configuration and deployment infrastructure.
- Experience with source control systems, bug tracking, writing user stories, and technical documentation.

- Clean Code: Produce self-explanatory, maintainable, and predictable code.
- Frequent Releases: Make small, incremental releases to facilitate rapid deployment and feedback.
- Pair Programming: Collaborate with peers through pair programming to enhance code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Peer Reviews: Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards and foster continuous improvement.
- Product Team: Work collaboratively within a product team to develop, test, and deploy new features and fixes efficiently.
- Full Stack Ownership: Take responsibility for the entire stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, including infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.
- Never Stop Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to continually improve your skills and our products.
