About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team at TIGI HR. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that support our internal and client-facing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js and SaaS environments, with a passion for writing high-quality, clean, and efficient code. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions rapidly and reliably. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 6+ years of professional experience in Node.js development, particularly within SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript is advantageous.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies in a continuous deployment environment.
- Interest and familiarity with web server ecosystems, relational database management systems, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, or Bamboo.
- Knowledge of server configuration, deployment infrastructure, source control, bug tracking systems, and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Write Tests First: Start by creating comprehensive tests to ensure high code quality and reliability.
- Clean Code: Develop self-explanatory, maintainable, and predictable code that adheres to best practices.
- Frequent Releases: Deploy small, incremental updates regularly to facilitate rapid feedback and continuous improvement.
- Pair Programming: Collaborate with peers through pair programming sessions to enhance code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Peer Reviews: Conduct code reviews to maintain standards and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Product Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to build, test, and roll out new features and bug fixes efficiently.
- Full Stack Ownership: Take responsibility for the entire development lifecycle, from front-end interfaces to back-end logic, infrastructure, and DevOps pipelines.
- Never Stop Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance your skills and contributions.
