About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team at LeadSoc Technologies Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that meet client specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies, with a particular emphasis on React.js and Java frameworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions within set deadlines. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in React.js for frontend development.
- Strong experience in Java and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development tools including Jenkins and Docker.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, proven experience in leading software development teams, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
