About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UI Developer specializing in React.js and JavaScript to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated user interface components that enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React workflows such as Flux and Redux, along with a passion for creating secure, performant, and maintainable front-end applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong emphasis on React.js and TypeScript. A solid understanding of JavaScript, modern ECMAScript standards, and front-end build tools is essential. Experience with RESTful API integration, authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0 and SSO, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new user-facing features using React.js, TypeScript, and state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Create reusable, scalable front-end components and libraries to streamline development processes.
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, responsive code.
- Optimize application components for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
- Maintain a strong security posture by adhering to best practices in front-end security and data protection.
- Monitor and enhance Web Vitals performance scores to ensure optimal user experience.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration and data flow.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation to promote best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
