About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Node.js Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end full-stack development projects, primarily focusing on backend architecture using Node.js and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, contribute to modernization initiatives, and influence the technical direction of our solutions across Pan India.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with proven expertise in Node.js and related frameworks. A bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL & NoSQL) is essential. Experience with cloud-native technologies, security protocols such as JWT and OAuth2, and familiarity with tools like Kafka and Openshift will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead and mentor teams are also critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end full-stack development initiatives utilizing Node.js and modern UI frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Own the technical design, solution architecture, and low-level design documentation for various projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices across development teams to maintain high-quality codebases.
- Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and maintainability are incorporated into the development process.
- Contribute to modernization initiatives by adopting cloud-native architectures and promoting best practices for DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Mentor junior developers, foster a collaborative team environment, and facilitate knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.
