About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team at Mindstix Software Labs. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing front-end architectures for web and mobile applications. Your expertise will contribute to building scalable, high-performance digital products that meet our clients' evolving needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in brainstorming sessions, and bring innovative ideas to life in a fast-paced, agile environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with the latest technologies such as Voice, Chat, IoT, AI, and Mobile, making a tangible impact on the digital landscape.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant fields. A minimum of 3-6 years of professional experience in front-end development is required. Proven expertise in designing and implementing front-end architectures using modern JavaScript frameworks is essential. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and site performance engineering is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. Familiarity with tools and technologies such as TypeScript, ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, and CI/CD systems will be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust front-end systems utilizing the latest technologies and frameworks.
- Analyze application performance and develop frameworks for optimizing page load times and overall site efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot site performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them effectively into front-end applications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support high-performance desktop and mobile websites.
- Plan and execute end-to-end development strategies aligned with project scope and delivery timelines.
- Participate in product design reviews, whiteboarding sessions, and brainstorming discussions to contribute innovative solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and bring new ideas and processes to enhance project outcomes.
- Contribute to agile development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of features and fixes.
- Assist in debugging, testing, and maintaining code quality across projects.
