Application Developer – Java & Web Technologies (Japanese N4)
We’re hiring a Software Developer to build scalable, high-performing enterprise applications and support hybrid-cloud & AI-driven transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications
- Build scalable, responsive, and maintainable solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and global teams
- Support release management, testing, and deployment activities
- Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices
Required Skills
- Experience in software development & application support
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, APIs, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
Mandatory
- Japanese language proficiency required
- JLPT certification (N4 preferred)
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/IT or related field
- Experience with hybrid-cloud, AI-enabled applications, CI/CD, containers, or cloud-native development
