We are looking for a passionate and industry-aligned Full Stack Java Trainer who can teach not just development, but also build strong problem-solving skills through DSA and LeetCode-style practice.
Responsibility:-
- Deliver hands-on training in:
- Core Java + Advanced Java
- Spring Boot (REST APIs, Microservices basics)
- Teach Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) from beginner to advanced level:
- Arrays, Strings, Linked List, Trees, Graphs, DP
- Time & Space Complexity analysis
- Conduct daily problem-solving sessions using LeetCode. Minimum 3–5 problems per day
- Prepare students for:
- Coding rounds (Product & Service-based companies)
- Technical interviews (DSA + Projects)
- Design company-style assignments & mock tests
- Track student performance:
- Weekly coding contests
- LeetCode progress tracking
- Individual mentoring

Required Skills- Strong command over:
- Java (Core + OOPs + Collections + Multithreading basics)
- Spring Boot
- REST API development
- Deep understanding of:
- DSA & problem-solving
- Competitive coding platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeStudio
- Frontend basics:
- React.js / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured way

Experience- 1–5+ years in:
- Teaching / Training OR
- Software Development (Java Full Stack)

Good to Have- Solved 300+ problems on LeetCode
- Experience preparing students for product-based companies
- Exposure to system design basics
- Prior edtech experience
