Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Java Trainer role based in coimbator. As a Java Trainer, the candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering Java training programs, preparing course materials, and providing hands-on coding workshops. The trainer will assess learners' progress, provide feedback, and ensure that all trainees achieve proficiency in Java programming. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on emerging Java technologies and adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java, including Core Java concepts, OOP principles, and multi-threading
- Experience with Web Development in Java, JSP,servlets. including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- Strong teaching, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Familiarity with tools like IDEs (e.g., Eclipse, IntelliJ), version control systems (e.g., Git), and debugging techniques
- Experience in creating training materials, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback
- Ability to mentor and guide beginners and mid-level professionals in their learning journey
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous training or educational experience is highly desirable.
