Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Java Trainer role based in the Pune Division. The Java Trainer will plan and deliver structured training sessions on core and advanced Java concepts, related tools, and industry best practices. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting classroom sessions and labs, guiding learners through hands-on coding exercises, and reviewing assignments and projects. The trainer will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in interview preparation and job-readiness activities. The role also involves staying current with Java frameworks and industry trends, contributing to curriculum updates, and collaborating with the training and placement teams to improve learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong core Java skills, including OOP concepts, collections, exception handling, multithreading, and Java standard libraries.
- Candidates should possess skills in advanced Java and ecosystem technologies such as JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring/Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with software development practices, including IDE usage (e.g., IntelliJ, Eclipse), version control (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and debugging techniques.
- Candidates should possess teaching and mentoring abilities, including clear communication, classroom management, curriculum delivery, and the capacity to explain complex topics in an accessible way.
- Candidates should possess skills in designing training materials, assessing learner performance, and providing structured feedback and guidance.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in Java development, are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or corporate mentor, especially in Java or related technologies, is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a learner-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with training and placement teams are preferred.
