Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Trainer, located in Lucknow. The Java Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive Java training programs, preparing course materials, and conducting engaging sessions tailored to both beginner and advanced-level participants. The role includes identifying learning gaps, providing individualized mentorship, and ensuring trainees gain practical programming skills through hands-on learning activities. Monitoring students' progress and providing constructive feedback will also be a key component of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Java programming, including core Java, object-oriented programming, and multithreading
- Proficiency in frameworks and tools such as Spring and Hibernate
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Skill in problem-solving and debugging applications
- Ability to design and deliver cohesive course content, including lesson plans and training materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and teach effectively
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Previous experience in training or teaching is highly desirable
- Certification in Java or related technologies is a plus
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels
