We are hiring a Java Technical Trainer for Intellect Design Arena, a global leader in financial technology solutions.

🎯 What You’ll Do
Deliver high-impact classroom & virtual training on Java technologies
Train freshers and lateral hires on Core & Advanced Java
Design training materials, assignments, and assessments
Evaluate trainee performance and provide actionable feedback
Mentor learners on real-time project scenarios & coding practices
Collaborate with internal teams to align training with business goals
Ensure high engagement, completion rates, and learning outcomes
💻 Skills We’re Looking For
✔ Strong expertise in:
Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling)
Advanced Java (JDBC, Servlets)
✔ Good to have:
Spring / Hibernate basics
SQL & Database concepts
Debugging & coding best practices
👨🏫 Who Can Apply?
2–8 years experience as:
Java Trainer / Technical Trainer
OR Software Developer with training/mentoring experience
Candidates from:
Training institutes / academies
IT companies
Colleges / Universities (Professors & Lecturers welcome)
✔ Strong communication & presentation skills (must-have)
✔ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
