Role Description
The Java Technical Team Member will be responsible for designing, troubleshooting, and maintaining efficient and scalable Java-based applications. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, assisting in system integration, addressing customer queries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust software performance. This is a full-time on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess systems and solve technical challenges systematically.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Java applications and software systems.
- Experience in Technical Support to assist internal and external stakeholders with system functionality and performance concerns.
- Customer Service skills to ensure user satisfaction and build strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of Java frameworks and tools is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
