We are looking for a hands-on strong technical leader with strong experience in building scalable Microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong coding expertise, system design knowledge, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills and end-to-end application development across Backend.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end application development
- Design and develop scalable Microservices
- Perform hands-on coding and technical problem-solving
- Build secure and high-performance REST APIs
- Optimize database queries and application performance
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
- Handle production support and debugging
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Infra teams
- Drive technical initiatives and architecture discussions
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years of application development experience
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with distributed systems and AWS
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good understanding of scalable architecture and system design
