Role Description
TechWise Digital is seeking a Java Technical Lead for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will lead software development projects, design architecture for high-quality applications, and guide teams in the implementation of Jakarta EE and microservices. Responsibilities include creating and managing technical solutions, mentoring team members on best practices, ensuring code quality, and integrating necessary design patterns to build scalable and robust applications.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Software Development and Programming principles.
- Experience with Jakarta EE and expertise in building Microservices-based architectures.
- Proficiency in applying Design Patterns and creating scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a technical lead or senior development role is highly desirable.
