Position: Java Tech lead

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibility:

• Setting Project Requirements: Determine project needs and set the team's schedule. Understand the technical requirements.
• Technical Problem Solving: Identify and fix technical issues within the team.
• Should be strong in Java technical skills. Should be able to address the issues and find the solutions.
• Team Management: Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure client satisfaction. Completes on Peer Reviews.
• Mentoring: Guide and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with management and clients to ensure project standards are met.
• Collaborate with TPM and work on the project goals.
• Overall, a tech lead plays a crucial role in aligning technical operations with the company's strategic goals.

Requred Skill Set:

• Java
• Springboot
• Kafka

TCS Eligibility Criteria:

• *BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 6 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.
• *Only Full-Time courses would be considered.
• *Candidates who have attended TCS interview within 1 month need not apply.
