Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Technical Lead based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. The Java Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of software solutions. The role involves working with Java technologies, leading teams in microservices architecture, implementing design patterns, and ensuring high-quality code. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring successful project delivery are also key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Software Development using Java technologies
- Hands-on experience with Jakarta EE or similar Java-based frameworks
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Microservices architecture
- In-depth understanding of Programming and Design Patterns
- Ability to lead and mentor a development team
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in a technical leadership role is highly preferred
