Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Java Technical Lead based in Pune City. The Java Technical Lead will be responsible for managing and supervising software development projects, implementing Jakarta EE technologies, designing and overseeing microservices architecture, and utilizing programming skills to deliver optimized solutions. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying design patterns, and ensuring high-quality technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
- Experience with Jakarta EE and Microservices
- Strong understanding and application of Design Patterns
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Prior experience as a technical lead or similar role is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
