Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Java Technical Lead for a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with opportunities for partial work from home. The Java Technical Lead will oversee software development projects, design and implement robust solutions, and lead a team of developers in crafting scalable, high-performance software applications. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to coding standards, applying design patterns, and working on Jakarta EE and microservices architecture to create and maintain reliable enterprise applications.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development, including strong knowledge in developing robust and scalable applications
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Jakarta EE and Microservices architecture
- Strong coding abilities in Programming with a focus on Java and related technologies
- Proficiency in applying Design Patterns to ensure efficient and maintainable code
- Experience leading development teams and managing complex projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
