THE OPPORTUNITY
- We are looking for an accomplished and technology-driven Core JAVA Lead to join our dynamic engineering team in Noida.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Core JAVA and MVC, extensive experience with Spring Boot and Cloud technologies, and exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and modern technology ecosystems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Core JAVA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering robust, scalable, and high-performing technology solutions.
🔹 Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering engineering excellence and continuous learning.
Provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and establish development best practices.
Drive technical decision-making and contribute to the evolution of the application architecture.
🔹 Software Engineering
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable applications using Core JAVA.
Build robust solutions leveraging MVC architecture and Spring Boot.
Develop secure, maintainable, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
Identify performance bottlenecks and drive optimization initiatives.
🔹 Cloud & Modern Technology
Design and implement cloud-ready and cloud-native solutions.
Work with modern Cloud technologies and services to build scalable applications.
Contribute to cloud migration, modernization, and technology transformation initiatives.
🔹 AI & Innovation
Explore and integrate AI capabilities into existing and next-generation applications.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities where AI can deliver meaningful business value.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
🔹 Collaboration & Delivery
Partner with architects, product managers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into elegant and effective technical solutions.
EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8–12 years of professional software development experience, with significant hands-on expertise in Java-based application development.
- Candidates who demonstrate a strong combination of technical depth, leadership capability, cloud expertise, and AI exposure will be especially valued.
