Technical Lead
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and evolution of our banking , payments and card platforms, including Wire, ACH, RTP, and Card systems. This role combines strong hands-on engineering with technical leadership, architecture ownership, and team mentorship. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance fintech solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Involve in design and development of banking/payments/card backend system , ensuring speed, reliability, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Review code and guide teams toward clean, maintainable, and testable solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years software development experience in Java, SpringBoot
- ISO8583, HSM, Card Issuing and Switching, Network (VISA/MASTERCARD) Certification exposure
- Web Technologies (Web Services / REST / SOAP / GRPC)
- RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Preferred Skills
- UI - SPA frameworks (Angular, React or equivalent)
- Microservices Architecture
- MongoDB
- Messaging Technologies (NATS, Kafka, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ)
