Job Description (JD) for a Java Tech Lead
Job Title: Java Tech Lead
Experience: 6-7+ Years
Location: [Noida Sector 135 , Hybrid 3 days WFO]

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and hands-on experience with AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of enterprise-grade applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot
- Architect and implement microservices-based distributed systems
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices
- Work with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments
- Monitor application performance, logs, and system health
- Mentor and guide development teams
Technical Skills Required:
Core Technologies:
- Java 21 (Mandatory)
- Spring Boot
- JPA + Hibernate
- RESTful Web Services
- Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito, etc.)

- Microservices Architecture (Distributed Systems)
- Design Patterns (Mandatory)
Cloud & DevOps:
- AWS (IAM, MSK, CI/CD pipelines)
- GitHub Actions (Mandatory)

Monitoring & Logging:
- Application monitoring tools and logging frameworks
Additional Skills:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Playwright, AI agents)
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in high-scale system design
