We are building scalable, high-performance backend systems for enterprise-grade, high-volume transactional platforms.
The project focuses on microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native solutions.
You will lead end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery while ensuring system reliability and scalability.
This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Must-Have Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Java (Java 17 or higher)
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Extensive experience in building RESTful APIs and service orchestration
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Proven expertise in system design (HLD/LLD), scalability, and performance optimization
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and code review experience
Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP)
- Experience in retail, supply chain, or high-volume transactional systems
- Exposure to API gateways and advanced architectural patterns
- Experience in DevOps practices and automation strategies
- Strong involvement in technical strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management
- Experience working with distributed Agile teams
