Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems and dashboards for alerts, outages, or anomalies.
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems
- Perform initial triage of application issues.
- Validate user issues using logs, dashboards, or known issue repositories.
- Provide support for basic operations on the application under support
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve frequently occurring issues.
- Escalate to L3/PD for bugs, complex incidents, or integration issues.
- Collaborate with engineering/dev teams to identify bugs or backend failures.
- Perform SQL/database lookups to trace payment records, refunds, chargebacks, etc.
- Simulate and reproduce issues using sandbox or test environments.
- Define the automation scope and recommend areas for implementation to reduce manual processes within the project.
- Work Experience in Merchant and Banking domain will be an added advantage
