Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Lead end-to-end solution design, including API contracts, integration patterns, and data flow across distributed systems.
- Ensure code quality through best practices such as clean coding, unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features on time.
- Implement secure coding practices and contribute to the stability and resilience of production systems.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical direction and constructive feedback.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of the platform and technical roadmap.
- Support deployment and release activities, working closely with DevOps/operations teams where applicable.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for services, APIs, and system components.
- Knowledge of more than one technology
