Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer with experience in cloud-native application development, microservices, and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience in Java and/or Python, good understanding of modern cloud architectures, and the ability to work collaboratively within agile teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and/or Python and associated frameworks.
- Build and maintain Microservices-based applications deployed on AWS.
- Contribute to the implementation of Event-Driven Architectures using services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Kafka, or similar technologies.
- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Implement secure coding practices and follow cloud security standards.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases for application development.
- Optimize database queries, indexing, and application performance.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot application and production issues with guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support application monitoring, logging, and operational excellence initiatives.
