Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Java Software Engineer for a full-time on-site role at our office in Kozhikode. The Java Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software applications using the Java platform, including implementing microservices and working with the Spring Framework. Daily responsibilities will include writing clean, efficient code, troubleshooting and fixing bugs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing applications for performance and scalability.
Qualifications
- A strong foundation in Java, with experience in object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in developing microservices and knowledge of distributed systems architecture.
- Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework for building scalable and high-performance applications.
- Solid knowledge of software development principles, testing methodologies, and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Familiarity with standard software development workflows and agile methodologies.
- Prior experience in developing enterprise-level applications is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
