Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer – Generative AI

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with Generative AI expertise to design and build scalable, enterprise-grade applications. This role combines strong backend and frontend engineering with hands-on experience in GenAI technologies, enabling the development of intelligent, AI-powered platforms in a highly regulated environment.
You will play a key role in building production-ready applications, integrating LLMs and AI services into modern full-stack architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks
- Build scalable microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot
- Develop responsive and dynamic UI using ReactJS / Micro Frontends
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI services) into enterprise applications
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of applications
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and full-stack development
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong expertise in:
- Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
- Frontend technologies: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience in building and deploying distributed systems in production
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including:
- LLM-based applications
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Embeddings and vector databases
- AI orchestration/agent frameworks
- Experience integrating AI services into backend systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP / Azure)
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar)
- Experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain is a plus
- Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance
- Experience in modernizing legacy systems with AI capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
