Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Java Software Engineer based in India. We're hiring a Java developer to join project delivery teams. You'll work on a highly configurable enterprise platform — building custom solutions, extending platform capabilities, and developing integrations across systems.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience with Core Java, J2EE, JSF, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA
- Strong ability to learn and work within complex, feature-rich platforms
- Quick to pick up product functionality and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful and SOAP Web Services
- Strong working knowledge of XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques
- Experience with API design, endpoint development, and integration middleware
- Understanding of data modeling and mapping across disparate systems
- Familiarity with message queues, event-driven architectures, or ETL processes is a plus
- Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, token-based auth) in integration contexts
- Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript
- Experience with Git-based version control
- Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Clear communicator who can work independently and within a team
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
