Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Architect to design, develop, and implement end-to-end technical solutions. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for architecting scalable, high-performance applications while hands-on coding and mentoring development teams.
Technical Skills Required
Programming Languages
- Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices)
- Python (Django/Flask, scripting, automation)
Databases
- Oracle (PL/SQL, performance tuning, optimization)
- MongoDB (NoSQL design patterns, aggregation pipelines)
Cloud & DevOps
- Kubernetes (container orchestration, Helm charts, cluster management)
- Docker (containerization)
- CI/CD pipelines
Messaging & Streaming
- Apache Kafka (event-driven architecture, stream processing)
Key Responsibilities
- ️ Design and architect scalable, resilient full-stack solutions
- Hands-on development of complex features and modules
- Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and documentation
- Implement microservices architecture and API design (REST/GraphQL)
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards
- ️ Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in software development
- Proven track record in designing enterprise-level applications
- Strong understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
Nice to Have
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
