Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Java Production Support position. The role entails providing application support and resolving technical issues within a production environment. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Application Support and Production Support, ensuring consistent and reliable operations
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical and operational issues
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to identify root causes and optimize system performance
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, document issues, and collaborate with team members
- Familiarity with Java frameworks and environments would be an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
