Role description
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience designing and developing enterprise Java/J2EE applications using multi‑tier architectures.
- Strong proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.
- Demonstrated experience applying enterprise architecture principles and design patterns.
- Hands‑on experience developing solutions on one or more cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, or Azure (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of cloud‑native compute, storage, and networking services on at least one cloud platform.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and microservices architectures, including awareness of API Management Gateways.
- Hands‑on experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL; NoSQL experience is desirable.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts with hands‑on experience using tools such as: Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Git, Maven, Gradle, Rundeck.
- Strong understanding of security principles across the SDLC, including code‑level and application security.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, high‑volume, deadline‑driven environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10–15 engineers to design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions to production.
- Proven ability to mentor team members, guide solution design, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience in analyzing user stories, providing effort estimates, and ensuring timely delivery as a team.
- Hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through development, deployment, and production support.
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and work with new transformation technology stacks.
- Strong exposure to Agile and Scaled Agile development methodologies.
