Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Hands-on Java Technical Lead with 8–15 years of experience leading backend development and architecture for high-performance, scalable products. The ideal candidate should be an expert in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS, with proven experience leading engineering teams and driving end-to-end delivery. Candidates from top-tier engineering institutes who have consistently demonstrated excellence are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-performance Java applications.
- Problem Solving: Translate complex client problems into simple, scalable technical solutions.
- Project Execution: Break down business requirements into actionable tasks and drive team execution with precision.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor team members to improve their technical capabilities and development speed.
- Architectural Ownership: Own design discussions, architectural decisions, and ensure high code quality through rigorous reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments to ensure seamless delivery.
- Innovation: Continuously explore new technologies, including Machine Learning integrations, to improve product quality.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of hands-on Java development experience with a strong background in leading small to mid-sized teams.
- Deep expertise in Java internals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Strong mastery of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
- Practical experience building and managing systems on AWS.
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful API design.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and project ownership abilities.
Good To Have Skills:
- Exposure to Machine Learning concepts or ML-based projects.
- Experience in product-based environments or high-growth startups.
- Recognitions, awards, or fast-track career progression in previous roles.
- Knowledge of modern DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with distributed systems or event-driven architecture.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
