Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Java Lead to design and develop scalable software and data products. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in modern cloud-native architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable software and data products
- Architect and build backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop and consume REST APIs and work with modern databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Oversee system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership and project management
- Ensure adherence to best practices in development, security, and deployment
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in:
- Java & Spring Boot
- REST API development
- MongoDB Atlas (or similar NoSQL databases)
Experience with cloud-native technologies, including:
- Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Microservices Architecture
Exposure to cloud platforms:
Familiarity with:
- Redis and Kafka
- Agile and Scrum methodologies
Strong ability to lead teams, supervise, and manage project delivery
Good to Have
Experience with tools and technologies such as:
- Terraform
- Datadog
- Codefresh
- Security domain practices
Knowledge or exposure to:
- Apache Spark / Databricks / Snowflake / GCP ecosystem
Total Experience: 7 to 10 Years
