We are seeking a highly experienced Java Fullstack Developer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This full-time role based in Chennai requires strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and modern front-end technologies such as ReactJS, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications, ensuring seamless integration between backend services and dynamic user interfaces. The role demands strong architectural thinking, clean coding practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and user-centric solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
- Develop responsive and high-performing front-end interfaces using ReactJS
- Implement dynamic UI components using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS
- Ensure seamless integration between front-end and backend systems
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices
- Participate in system design discussions and architectural decisions
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and system workflows
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 8+ years of strong development experience in Java-based fullstack environments
- Deep expertise in Core Java concepts including multithreading, collections, exception handling, and JVM fundamentals
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks
- Solid experience building modern UI applications using ReactJS
- Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS for responsive design
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend integration patterns
- Experience with database integration and performance optimization
- Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex application issues
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to take ownership of modules and deliver high-quality solutions independently
