- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in software development with working in banking or financial domain.
- Core Java-Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Java APIs & Libraries.
- Web Development - Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring Security), RESTFul web service, AngularJS/Angular.
- Database & Persistence- SQL (Sybase, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Build tools - Ant, Maven, CI/CD Pipeline.
- Version Control-SVN, BitBucket, Github.
- Cloud & DevOps & AI (Optional but Valuable) -AWS/Azure, Copilot, AI Prompts.
- Should inspire trust, encourage innovation, and promote a positive work culture.
- Can understand and apply suitable design patterns while designing/developing code.
- Holds strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions.
- Must be able to convey complex ideas, provide clear instructions, and facilitate smooth collaboration.
