We are hiring Technical Specialists with strong experience in Java enterprise applications, production support, CTI, and React-based development.

🔹 Mandatory Skills:

• Java 1.8

• Spring Boot & Microservices

• React JS

• Cloud Technologies / PCF

• Splunk / ELK Stack

• CTI & IVR

🔹 Preferred Skills:

• Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server

• HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap

🔹 Key Experience Required:

• Enterprise J2EE application development & support

• CTI integrations, IVR systems, Avaya PBX/Experience Platform

• REST/SOAP Web Services

• Production monitoring & troubleshooting

• Kanban and ticket-based support model

• Spring Security & SSO

• React.js workflows like Flux/Redux

Excellent communication and client handling skills are mandatory.
