- 5-9years of full stack development experience with strong ownership mindset.
- 2+ yearsof experience as a lead and managed to drive a team of 4-5 members.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 17/21) and Spring Boot (3.x).
- Experience designing scalable APIs and services; strong understanding of API versioning, resilience patterns, and error handling.
- Hands-on experience with data stores such as MongoDB and DynamoDB; ability to model data for operational and analytical use cases.
- Strong understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth2) and secure coding practices.
