Java Full Stack Lead – Railroad Domain
Experience: 12+ Years
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in enterprise application development and mandatory experience in the Railroad / Transportation domain. The candidate should be capable of leading a team, driving architecture, and delivering scalable applications in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Developers & QA members
- Design and develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
- Drive architecture, code reviews, and best practices
- Manage end-to-end delivery, deployments, and production support
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure high-quality delivery
- Mentor team members and support Agile execution
Mandatory Skills
- 12+ years of Java/J2EE development experience
- Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
- Angular (6+)
- Oracle SQL / PL-SQL
- Kafka / JMS / ActiveMQ
- JUnit, Mockito
- Strong system design and Agile experience
- Team handling experience (8–10 members)
Domain Requirement (Mandatory)
- Railroad / Rail Logistics domain experience
- Exposure to PTC, Freight/Terminal Management, or Rail Operations systems
- Experience with global railroad clients preferred
Good to Have
- AWS / Azure / OpenShift
- Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube
- Apache Camel / SOA
- GIS dashboards, Linux/Unix scripting

- Strong technical leadership and hands-on coding skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications
