Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot and AWS.
- Own the complete software lifecycle — from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Build and integrate AI-powered solutions, including LLM-based workflows, autonomous agents, copilots, and orchestration frameworks.
- Design secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud-native systems on AWS.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive technical best practices, code quality, engineering standards, and system reliability.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Proactively identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Participate in architectural discussions, technical planning, and strategic technology decisions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability, testing strategies, and DevOps best practices.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, agent frameworks, and modern engineering trends.
Requirement
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
- Strong proficiency in: Java, Spring Boot / Microservices, REST APIs, AWS cloud services.
- Basic experience working with React based front-end systems.
- Proven experience designing and deploying distributed cloud-native applications.
- Mandatory hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based applications and agentic systems.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
- Investment banking experience if any will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI integration patterns.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong system design and architecture capabilities.
- Ability to independently drive initiatives with end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong collaborator with a proactive, self-driven mindset.
