Title: Full Stack Engineer (Java + React)

Role:
We are seeking a high-caliber Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java (Spring ecosystem) and modern React development, capable of building scalable, cloud-native applications in a microservices environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale end-to-end full stack applications
- Develop responsive, high-performance UI using React & TypeScript
- Design and implement secure, API-driven backend services
- Contribute to microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Enable CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
- Ensure performance, scalability, and observability
Required Skills:
- Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with React (Hooks, Redux), TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), SSR, and performance optimization techniques
- Backend: Solid experience in Java (8/17/21), Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, REST APIs, OAuth2, with a strong foundation in OOP and design patterns
- Microservices & Distributed Systems: Proven experience in microservices architecture, including service discovery, API gateway, and resilience patterns (Spring Cloud / Netflix OSS)
- Messaging Systems: Hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven architecture
- Data Layer: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Cassandra, Neo4j) and caching/search technologies
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong exposure to AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP, along with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), and build tools (Gradle)
- Observability & Performance: Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace) and performance testing/tuning
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CDN (Akamai) and frontend performance tuning
- Exposure to GitOps, Helm, or advanced deployment strategies
- Experience in high-scale production environments
