About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced Java Full Stack Architect who can take complete ownership of a project and drive it to completion within a strict 15-day timeline.
This is not a typical developer role.
We need someone who thinks like a CTO, makes fast decisions, and delivers without dependency or hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities- Take end-to-end ownership of the project (architecture → development → delivery)
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Spring Boot
- Handle full stack responsibilities (backend-heavy, frontend understanding required)
- Quickly understand existing systems and execute with minimal onboarding time
- Ensure production-ready delivery within 15 days
- Identify bottlenecks, fix issues, and optimize performance proactively
Required Skills & Experience- 15+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot (mandatory)
- Proven experience in system architecture and solution design
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
- Experience handling high-responsibility, short-term delivery projects
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for execution
