Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Faculty to train and mentor students in Java programming and core Computer Science subjects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Core and Advanced Java, programming fundamentals, algorithms, and system programming, along with effective teaching and mentoring skills. The role involves delivering classroom and practical sessions, preparing academic content, evaluating student performance, and supporting departmental academic activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom lectures, practical sessions, and laboratory training on Java and related subjects.
- Teach Core Java, Advanced Java, Programming Principles & Algorithms, and System Programming.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, practical exercises, question papers, and study materials.
- Guide students in projects, coding assignments, presentations, and technical competitions.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records.
- Assist in curriculum planning, academic coordination, and departmental activities.
- Encourage students to participate in workshops, seminars, coding contests, and technical events.
- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, programming practices, and industry trends.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a productive learning environment.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java concepts.
- Good understanding of Programming Principles, Algorithms, and System Programming.
- Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Hands-on knowledge of JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Collections Framework, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and File Handling.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to conduct both theory and practical/lab sessions effectively.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and academic tools.
- Basic research and technical documentation skills will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, M.Tech, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of teaching experience in a college, institute, or university.
- Candidates with Java development or industry experience will be preferred.
- Strong command over Java programming and related technical subjects.
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
